The object of my thesis work called "Suggestion of an effective financing of Flat-building by means of mortgage" is to compare possible investment, choosing an optimal alternative and propose potential changes in a specific mortgage already offered by a bank. It is analyzing particular products for financing rent-destined real property on the Czech market and realization study, which also includes client demands. We are focusing on theoretical and practical information that are contributing to high effectiveness and customer adjustment of offered services.

The diploma thesis is focused on a marketing communication tools and proposing of their relevant improvements. The theoretical part delimits and describes respective theoretical thesis researched from relevant marketing literature. The practical part is focused on proposal of the marketing strategy analysis 7P, comparison of the chosen firm with its competitors and the SWOT analysis. The marketing strategy proposal introduces concrete proposals and suggestions for the chosen firm Re/max Reality Plus+.

The analysis of the influence of the height of mortgage advance payment on an estate price

There are many ways to finance housing. This thesis deals with the financing of a property by means of mortgage. It focuses on the impact of the down payment on the mortgage in the total price of a new home for a young family. The introduction defines the basic concepts related to mortgage requirements and documents which are necessary for obtaining the loan. In the next section, mortgage is designed for a set of different initial down payments for a particular apartment, and these variants are then evaluated. The work also includes the appraisement of the model apartment and it compares the determined prices with the total price paid by the family, including the costs associated with the mortgage payments. The aim of this thesis is to determine how high the influence of the initial amount of the down payment is on the total price of the apartment.

Dissertation work deals problems Law Of Building in relations to new Civil Code No. 89/2012 Sb. (NOZ - new Civil Code) Legal regulations are for all new and rather are in common level. Supplying present, more than 40 years old Civil Code new recipe, presents revolutionary changes in civil right. NCC starting from the another ideological, political and terminological bases. With new Civil Code loom incomming new questions: What will real property and what will no. What kind of law is possible newly to real property to establish. How will new property owners limited. Important is appreciate, that by the new Civil Code was cancelled current Civil Code, so and current Business Code too. New legal regulations cancelles more than 238 law regulations. All the law, which affected law relations to real property are cancelled. Contribution is solving the problems and summaries the cases, where would had Building Law to do. Analysis of a Suitable Use of a Sports Centre in Brno - Líšeň

The main objective of this diploma thesis is assessment of a sports centre according to a favourableness of adaptation to a different forms of utilization. The particular subject assessed is badminton sports centre located at Úlehlova street in Brno. First of all the current state of the sports centre is described and assessed by using valuation methods. Subsequently various possibilities of adaptation to different forms of utilization are determined according to a popularity of indoor sports, expensiveness, technical feasibility and analysis of a real estate market. Each variant is valued by cost, income and sales comparison approach. Eventually the favourableness of each variant is considered and the most favourable one is chosen

The impact of territorial infrastructure development on the real estate market

The diploma thesis deals with how the influence of territorial infrastructure affects the real estate market in the border regions of the Czech republic, Poland and Germany. In the thesis are created databases about localities and realities, that are the outcomes of the data collection. Data collections mainly concerns the type of property, layout and the location of the property. From the data analysis is possible to evaluate the influence of territorial infrastructure in the context of average market values of real estates in the border region Czech Republic-Germany-Poland.
